About me
I grew up in Scottsdale, Arizona, and earned my business degree at Arizona State. After college I moved to Hermosa Beach, California, where I lived for more than 20 years and spent my first ten years in real estate selling homes in the South Bay.
In 2010 I moved to Iowa. I took about two years to really learn the area before getting back into real estate, and I’ve been selling homes in the Quad Cities ever since. Today I live in LeClaire.
Who I work with
Most of my work now is with homeowners in the middle of a big change: downsizing, moving up or relocating. Those moves are rarely just about the house, and they deserve a real plan.

How I work
You’ll always deal with me directly. I show the homes, answer your questions and handle the repairs conversation myself, and I’ll tell you what I really think (even when it isn’t what you were hoping to hear, because that’s usually when it matters most). Behind me, a transaction coordinator checks every document for errors or anything missing, and Mel Foster’s staff and managers support the marketing and the details.
